We are looking for home carers to work with our clients within the community. This shift pattern is very flexible to meet your family need and social life style.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
• Cooking meals.
• Personal care – assisting / prompting with daily needs.
• Light housework – helping with cleaning, laundry, meals preparation.
• Administering / prompting for medication.
• Companionship – offering emotional support, keeping one another company
• Documentations and record keeping
• Support our clients to live as independent as can be tolerated
• Follow the care plan
PERSON SPECIFICATION
• Caring and compassionate.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Able to work on own initiative.
• Self-motivated and flexible.
• Ability to provide emotional and social support whilst promoting dignity and respect.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good standard of written and verbal English.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality record.
• Passionate about providing a high standard of care and making a difference.
• QCF units in health and social care or equivalent - (an opportunity to undertake this if desired).
