We are looking for home carers to work with our clients within the community. This shift pattern is very flexible to meet your family need and social life style.

Follow the care plan
Personal care – assisting / prompting with daily needs.
Companionship – offering emotional support, keeping one another company
Light house chores – helping with cleaning, laundry, meals preparation.
Caring and compassionate.
Excellent organisational skills.
Able to work on own initiative.
Self-motivated and flexible.
Ability to provide emotional and social support whilst promoting dignity and respect.
Excellent communication skills. Good standard of written and verbal English.
Excellent attendance and punctuality record.
Passionate about providing a high standard of care and making a difference.
QCF units in health and social care or equivalent - (an opportunity to undertake this if desired).
