Our mission is to improve the quality of life of our service users by providing personalised services using a strength-based approach, providing service users choice and control with carers that recognise the importance of promoting independence. Our Staff members have all been trained to do just that.
Ekklesia Healthcare is the brainchild of F.E who is a result-driven, self-motivated and resourceful managing director with over 10 years of Health and Social Care experience.
Her motivation to set up a healthcare organisation is heavily influenced by their experiences of working in the industry and witnessing a lack of person-centred support and quality, trained staff.
F.E is driven to work in a profession concerned with working to support and protect vulnerable people to enable them to meet their potential, whether that be in hospitals, nursing/residential homes, specialist schools and colleges; both in private and public healthcare sectors.
Our founder is a natural problem solver and performance-driven professionals.
F.E has a meticulous eye for detail and is a qualified Registered Nurse with extensive skills. Her experience in Health and Social Care has enabled them to develop a great desire to understand people’s issues, their needs and work in partnership with such individuals in finding solutions to their problems.
We want all our service users to aspire and achieve. We are deliverers of person-centred care and support.
Evaluate the performance of our staff and making recommendations for merit awards and personnel classification changes. Training, counselling, and disciplining staff to enable them to achieve Ekklesia Healthcare's objectives, particularly as related to high-quality client care and support
To manage the care service efficiently and effectively to make the best use of resources and to maximise value for money for the Client.

All our new staff members undergo an induction programme based on All England's Induction Framework for Health and Social Care and its accompanying resources.
We work with an independent training provider who liaises with our coordinator to ensure our staff is competent in their relevant and mandatory subjects such as manual handling, etc.
The coordinator identifies and meets any special learning needs arising from service users’ personal plans - for instance, if the client has dementia or if the care staff is to carry out delegated healthcare tasks such as administering medication or catheter care and will provide or refer those staff to receive appropriate training. The effectiveness of this approach is evident in the individual training records and the number of certificates gained by our staff.
