1. Evaluate the performance of our staff
We use a variety of methods to evaluate the performance of our staff, including interviews, questionnaires, and observation.
We then make recommendations for merit awards and personnel classification changes.
2. Offer training, counseling, and disciplining staff
We offer a variety of training programs to help staff meet our high standards. We also provide counseling and disciplinary services as needed.
3. Maximize value for money for the client
We manage the care service efficiently and effectively to make the best use of resources and to maximize value for money for the Client. We always show our clients courtesy and respect irrespective of ethnic origin, religious belief, personal attributes, or the nature of the health problem.
RECRUITMENT
We provide temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to a broad range of clients throughout the UK from our database of dedicated candidates.
The personal and professional development of our brilliant staff members is our primary objective. We achieve this by providing them opportunities to increase their responsibilities and contribute to the company’s innovative and new ways of providing quality services.
All our new staff members undergo an induction programme based on All England's Induction Framework for Health and Social Care and its accompanying resources.
We work with an independent training provider who liaises with our coordinator to ensure our staff is competent in their relevant and mandatory subjects such as manual handling, etc.
The coordinator identifies and meets any special learning needs arising from service users’ personal plans - for instance, if the client has dementia or if the care staff is to carry out delegated healthcare tasks such as administering medication or catheter care and will provide or refer those staff to receive appropriate training. The effectiveness of this approach is evident in the individual training records and the number of certificates gained by our staff.
